Data Submission Instructions:
1) Fill in the
form below as completely as possible. None of the fields in the
form are required (you can leave some blank), but all are recommended.
2) Rather than re-typing information you already have,
you may copy the text from your existing documents, and then paste
the text into the Detailed Description box below.
3) You may submit various types of media as an attachment
to this form: Logos & Photos (tiff, jpg, gif or png formats),
Videos (mov, wmv, avi or flv formats) or Documents (MS Word or
PDF formats). If you have multiple items to submit, attach one
to the form on this page. Upon successful submission of this form,
you will have the opportunity to submit additional materials.
4) Don't have information about your business already written
up? No problem - it's okay to simply submit a list of features
or highlights; copy writing is included.
5) You will have the opportunity to review and approve
all content for accuracy.
6) The Elko Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to limit
the amount of content provided to any business or organization.
Our goal here is to provide enough information about all area
businesses and organizations to increase visits to the area; we
want to focus on the "sizzle" about your business or
event, and direct visitors to elkonevada.com to your web site
or telephone to learn more.
7) Include a call to action. Be sure to include your web
address and /or phone number so that visitors to the Elko Chamber
web site can contact you directly for additional information,
to place reservations or to buy from you.
Your submission constitutes permission for the Elko Chamber of
Commerce to use these materials in the promotion of your business,
and the promotion of the Elko area as a desirable destination.
